    Recently, Channel 12 reached out to me about how my business sells homes for the most amount of money in a short amount of time. We have a home buying component we call our Buyer Waiting program.

    If you’re a buyer looking to purchase a property and you contact us, we keep a record of what homes they’re interested in. When we meet with a seller, we already have a database of homes buyers are interested in. We can search through this resource instantly to find the perfect match. This helps connect sellers and buyers to speed up the home search process.
