Today, we go over the following question: Can you trust Zillow to give you an accurate home evaluation?
Zillow is accurate to five to fifteen percent of your home value. If you have a $300,000 home, that’s a big swing. Zillow examines algorithms in your town or city and then attempts to calculate a value. However, each street and neighborhood is different. Zillow hasn’t been inside your property, so the software doesn’t pick up on what you’ve changed or updated. They haven’t done this with other houses they have sold.
