Today, we go over the following question: Can you trust Zillow to give you an accurate home evaluation?
Zillow is accurate to five to fifteen percent of your home value. If you have a $300,000 home, that’s a big swing. Zillow examines algorithms in your town or city and then attempts to calculate a value. However, each street and neighborhood is different. Zillow hasn’t been inside your property, so the software doesn’t pick up on what you’ve changed or updated. They haven’t done this with other houses they have sold.
Get a Realtor to find the true value for accuracy. Have a Realtor take a look at your property. If you want quick and helpful service, just give us a call. We can not only look at your home, but we can also compare your home to how other listings are faring in the market. We will account for the updates and changes you’ve made to ensure you get the most money possible!
