The Importance of Getting Pre-Approved
Getting pre-approved is one of the most crucial things you can do before going out and looking at houses. It helps you set your budget because it allows you to truly know how much you can afford. This will save you time when looking at homes, as you will only be shown homes you know you can actually afford.
Another benefit of getting pre-approved is how good it makes your offer look to other sellers. Just the other day, one of my agents received a few offers on the home they were listing. One of the buyers was pre-approved and the other was not. When the offers were presented to the seller, they wanted to go with the buyer who was already pre-approved.
